These Terms of Use set forth the terms and conditions under which customers may use the services and platform of Virazon Boat Rentals (&#8220;the Company&#8221;). By using our services, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before making any reservation.   <\/p>\n<section>\n<h2>2. Reservations and Payments<\/h2>\n<h3>2.1 Reservation Process<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Reservations must be made through our official website<a href=\"https:\/\/virazonboatrentals.com\">(virazonboatrentals.com<\/a>) or through the channels authorized by the Company.<\/li>\n<li>It is the customer&#8217;s responsibility to provide accurate and complete information during the booking process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>2.2 Payment Policies<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>We accept payments via dLocal, PayPal and bank transfers. Installment payment options are subject to the terms and conditions of the payment service provider. <\/li>\n<li>To confirm a reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total cost is required. The remaining balance must be paid at least 48 hours before the reservation date. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>2.3 Cancellations and Refunds<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Cancellations by the client:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance: full refund of the deposit.<\/li>\n<li>Cancellations made between 48 and 72 hours before the reservation: 50% of the deposit will be refunded.<\/li>\n<li>Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance: no refunds will be made.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cancellations by the Company:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>If the Company cancels due to adverse weather conditions or force majeure, a full refund or rescheduling of the reservation will be offered at no additional cost.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/section>\n<section>\n<h2>3. Use of the Vessels<\/h2>\n<h3>3.1 Customer Responsibility<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>The customer is responsible for using the vessel in a safe manner and in accordance with the instructions provided by the Company.<\/li>\n<li>It is prohibited:\n<ul>\n<li>Exceeding the maximum passenger capacity established.<\/li>\n<li>Carrying out illegal or dangerous activities on board.<\/li>\n<li>Use of illegal drugs or substances.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>3.2 Damages and Losses<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>The customer will be responsible for any damage or loss caused to the boat during the period of use.<\/li>\n<li>The Company reserves the right to retain a security deposit to cover possible damages, which will be refunded upon inspection of the vessel at the end of the service.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/section>\n<section>\n<h2>4. Security Policies<\/h2>\n<h3>4.1 Climatic Conditions<\/h3>\n<p>Activities may be rescheduled or cancelled if weather conditions pose a safety risk.<\/p>\n<h3>4.2 Safety Equipment<\/h3>\n<p>All boats are equipped with life jackets, fire extinguishers and other safety elements required by current regulations. The use of life jackets is mandatory throughout the trip. <\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section>\n<h2>5. Intellectual Property<\/h2>\n<p>All contents of the Virazon Boat Rentals website and promotional materials are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without prior permission.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section>\n<h2>6. Data Protection<\/h2>\n<p>The Company is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of its customers.
